It was amazing! The exeriments were surprising and very entertaining. Everybody was speaking english. It is a great experience even for adults too.
Quite disappointing as the museum is actually only interesting and suited for children. No adult will feel engaged. We found the entrance of the museum vastly more interesting than anything we found inside.
Nice place. Looks like every average palace in entire Europe. Good price for entering with student’s discount. Walk around took about 50minutes and was quite interesting. Too bad there was nothing which would make this place extraordinary. Staff was very nice and polite. However, entering to the palace is not marked anywhere so you have to “sneak” inside looking for the ticket office and entrance to museum itself.
I'm not a big fan of history but that changed after visiting this museum. Personally, I found astounding the detail put in those coaches. Also, you can see the evolution in what was considered the norm in coach design.
There's also some funny coaches but the ones that belonged to the court are something to respect.
It's a nice visit where you'll learn not only about coaches but some costumes and to whom they belonged
It has a cute and charming exhibition. I loved the display, the items and stories. I just wish it was a bit bigger and had a less generic gift shop, but anyway is really worth the visit if you like geeking out a bit about these things.
Went there as a child when it was in a different location, still has the same charm. The museum has some very interesting marionettes, child friendly and adults can have fun too. Tickets are cheap.
Beautifully renovated factory, the historical electrical plant is interesting especially for kids. The new building's rooftop terrace has a breathtaking view towards the sea and the city on the other side.
Recommended for all tourists visiting Lisbon, even those who are not interested in art.
Mind blowing museum! This old coal boilers are amazing. I don't know the other place where you can find such huge industry monument
